Sandblasted signs are an especially attractive form of signage. Typically made of either redwood or very high density foam, sandblasted signs are great for doctors offices, real estate offices or those desiring a more old-fashioned, traditional look. There is almost no limit to sizes, colors, and shapes of the signs as they can be fashioned into both single sided or double sided signs. The process is simple. Redwood sections are laminated together and the design is "blasted" onto the face. This exposes a wood grain interior with a rough texture, highlighting your sign information. The blasted wood blank is then painted your choice of colors. High density foam is also "blasted" and painted, but the background does not have the wood ridges, rather, a pebbly-type background.
